Ordering in four steps

Choose your find

Browse the shop and tap “Order” on any product. WhatsApp opens with the product and price filled in. Just hit send.

We confirm

We reply with stock availability, your total including delivery, and the delivery options for your area.

Pay securely

Once you're happy, pay by EFT, PayShap or a secure card link. We never ask for payment before confirming.

Receive

We let you know on WhatsApp when your order is on its way. Collect from a Pudo locker (you'll get an SMS with your PIN) or get it delivered to your door.

Ordering more than one item?

Add everything to one message, e.g. “Hi! I'd like the COB Headlamp and 2 × Mini Bag Sealers.” One order means one delivery fee, and orders over R450 ship free.

Payment options

EFT: we send our banking details with your order reference.
PayShap: instant payment from your banking app.
Card: we send a secure payment link (Visa, Mastercard).

Your order is placed once payment reflects. We'll confirm on WhatsApp.

Delivery

Most orders arrive within 10–15 working days. Choose a Pudo locker near you or door-to-door courier. Full details are on our shipping & returns page.
