How do I place an order?

Do I need to create an account?
No. Everything happens on WhatsApp. No sign-ups or passwords.
Can I order several items at once?
Yes. List everything in one message. One order means one delivery fee, and orders over R450 ship free.
Can you find a product that isn't on your site?
Often, yes. Send us a screenshot or link and we'll let you know if we can source it.
Payment
How do I pay?
EFT, PayShap or a secure card payment link. You only pay once we've confirmed your order.
Is it safe?
Yes. We never ask for card details on WhatsApp. Card payments go through a secure, bank-grade payment link.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 10–15 working days. We keep you updated on WhatsApp along the way.
How much is delivery?
Pudo locker delivery from R60, Aramex door-to-door from R100. Orders over R450 ship free. See Shipping & returns.
Do you deliver everywhere in South Africa?
Yes, to any Pudo locker or street address in South Africa. Remote areas may take a few extra days.
Returns & warranty
What is your returns policy?
Every item has a 6-month warranty against defects. Full details, including your rights under South African consumer law, are in our Shipping & returns policy.
What if my item is faulty?
Faulty items can be returned within 6 months of delivery for a repair, replacement or full refund, at our cost. Message us with a photo or video of the problem.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort out a replacement.
Products
Do the stick-on bathroom products damage tiles?
No drilling is needed. They use adhesive pads that stick to smooth tiles or glass. Clean and dry the surface first and leave them 24 hours before use.
Are your products tested?
We test our products ourselves and only list items with strong buyer reviews.
